Cordell Construction and Carpentry was founded in 1987 by Donald Cordell, and his wife, Maria. With a focus on good design, attention to detail, and unparalleled craftsmanship, Cordell Construction has completed over 100 residential renovation jobs in the past 31 years.

Primarily working on Long Island, Cordell Construction has become a mainstay of the local home renovation industry. Though our portfolio of capabilities spans foundation to final paint touch-ups, we are especially proud of our work on historical restorations, custom cabinetry, molding, and millwork, and above all else - attention to detail with both our final product and our customers.
